INSTRUCTION FOR ORAL AND SHORT ORAL:

Oral Presentations are organized with 15 talk plus 5 min discussion

Short Oral Communications only include 10 min talk (no discussion)

All the Presenting Authors are requested to prepare their presentation in Power Point files.

Due to the strict timetable the Presenting authors of Orals and Short Orals must contact the conference desk for uploading the files in due time (preferable the day before the scheduled time).

The use of own laptops is not recommended.

INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER:

Posters should be printed in A0 size or, at least, for a maximum space of 90 mm (width) x 120 mm (height).

The poster session is scheduled on Wednesday, 12^th June from 17:10 to 19:00.

Presenting Authors are invited to exhibit the poster since Tuesday 11^th June afternoon or at latest from Wednesday, 12^th June in the morning.
